🔒 Privacy & Data Transparency

Your privacy is paramount. We are committed to transparency in how data is handled.

Our Data Principles

Minimal Data Collection

We do not collect names, emails, IP addresses, or identifying metadata unless you explicitly choose to include them within your submission. Your anonymity is respected by default.

Open Source & Verifiable

This project is open-source. You can inspect, fork, and verify the source code at any time on GitHub. This ensures full transparency in how the application functions.

No Data Selling or Sharing

No data submitted through this platform is sold, shared, or stored outside of GitHub (for the website code) or the secure Google Form backend (for submissions). Data is used solely to detect patterns of systemic abuse within USPS.

Submit Anonymously if Unsure

If you are unsure about providing any identifying information, we strongly encourage you to submit your statement anonymously. Specific offices can still be identified and patterns detected through non-identifying trends and details provided.

⚖️ Legal & Strategic Basis

This initiative is built upon a strategic understanding of federal EEO doctrine and aims to leverage collective data for greater impact.

Pattern-of-Treatment Evidence

Individual EEO cases often face significant challenges, with a high dismissal rate (as highlighted in our EEO Analysis). This initiative focuses on collecting "pattern-of-treatment" evidence, which is crucial for demonstrating systemic issues.

Beyond Individual Cases

While individual cases are important, collective patterns of abuse can form the basis for:

  • Class action viability
  • Media pressure campaigns
  • DOJ/OIG referrals
  • Congressional oversight triggers

Public Interest Initiative

This is a non-commercial, public-interest effort designed to expose institutional abuse and foster accountability within USPS.

Your contribution helps build a stronger case for change.
